Whether you're planning a traditional wedding, an intimate elopement, a vow renewal, or a completely custom ceremony, I'll help create a meaningful experience that reflects your unique love story. I travel to your venue, work closely with you to personalize your ceremony, can assist with rehearsal ceremonies, and personally hand-deliver your signed marriage license for filing—giving you one less thing to worry about on your special day. Serving Lompoc, Santa Maria, Solvang, Buellton, Santa Ynez, Santa Barbara, and surrounding California communities.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required at booking for all services. Deposit amounts vary by service: - Individual LiveScan: $70 - Group LiveScan (5-9 people) $300 -Group LiveScan (10+ people) $500 - Notary Services: $15 Deposits are applied toward the total cost. Remaining fees, including government fees and travel fees, are due at the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If required documents or IDs are missing, or the client/group is not prepared at the appointment time, the deposit is forfeited, and travel fees may still apply. Clients must bring a valid government‑issued photo ID and all required documents for their service. Keri’s Mobile Notary and LiveScan does not provide legal advice, determine required forms, or guarantee DOJ/FBI processing times. Travel fees apply outside Lompoc, Vandenberg Village, and Mission Hills.
